Clinical Case Presentations Continuing Education Opportunity for Physical Therapists[edit | edit source]
Instructed by Elaine Lonnemann & Dr. David Pariser at Bellarmine University, Louisville KY, USA
This project is a continuing education opportunity offered to physical therapists that are clinical instructors for Bellarmin University in Louisville, KY, USA. The university is offering this as a special opportunity to receive four contact hours of category 1 continuing education credit. This project has state board approval.

If you are treating an interesting patient and would like to write the case up in return for credit you can do so by following these instructions:
- Write up the case presentation based on this template
- Email your completed case presentation to either Elaine or Dave
- Your case presentation will then be reviewed.
- Once approved your case presentation will be added to the appropriate clinical pages in Physiopedia and also to the Case Studies section.
- You will receive your continuing education credit.
