Graduated in 1989 at University of Witwatersrand with BSc Phyiso. Worked at the Johannesburg hospital for 2 years. In 1992 attended Sports Science course at UCT. Courses attended: OMT course at University of Stellenbosch Pilates Certification through Stott Pilates for Mat and Equipment. Ran physio practice and Pilates Studio. Closed practice and studio for 3 years. Started practising again a year ago.
