Dr. Tsai's undergraduate physical therapy training was in Taiwan. He received an MS degree in Anatomy from National Taiwan University. He graduated tDPT from Stony Brook University. Dr. Tsai currently works in a hospital based outpatient rehabilitation network. He is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy. Dr. Tsai is an adjunct faculty at Stony Brook University. He is currently enrolled in the manual therapy fellowship program at Regis University.
