About me[edit | edit source]

I am a Certified Physiotherapist from Israel with practical experience with orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients. My background also includes working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. However, I have special passion for Gerontology field. I believe that prevention through regular maintenance, plays a key role in being independent, which makes a substantial difference in all aspects of a person's life, particularly in older adults, and with increasing life expectancy.

Within my role, I utilize the Pilates method as part of an exercise program for the patients. Additionally, I promote Pilates exercise in the wider community to promote wellbeing in the general population.

My agenda: the trinity secret of exercising regularly, good sleep and nutritious food.

I studied in Israel at Ariel University for my Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy, and completed 4 full cycles of clinical student internships in 2014.
