I am a Sports Physical Therapist and certified ergonomic assessment specialist, an active release treatment techniques therapist, and is certified in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (also known as "trigger point needling"). I also certified Mulligan Therapy specialist and running medicine expert. As a part of my master's program, i sucscessfully completed research study on "Comparison Of Calcaneal Taping And Low-Dye Taping For The Short Term Management Of Plantar Fasciitis" in 2010. I always love to help sportsmen and sportswomen perform at their best by identifying and treating sports injuries. Develop treatment programs to help recovery, and also give advice on how to avoid sports injuries. Integrates my clinical skills with personal experience to provide athletes with sports-specific services that help them expedite their recovery and improve their race-day performance. I am also a frequent guest speaker at Delhi University and athletic events.

I completed my Bachelor of Physical Therapy in 2006 from Santosh Medical College. (UP) India.
In 2010 completed my Masters of Physical Therapy in Sports Medicine (MPTh Sports Medicine) from Jamia Hamdard Univeristy, New Delhi.
