About Me[edit | edit source]

I qualified as a Physiotherapist from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, in 2018. I'm also a BASI-qualified Mat Pilates Instructor. In 2019, I worked as a Physiotherapist (CS) for the Department of Health South Africa, at Helen Joseph Hospital. I've previously worked as a Recovery Massage Therapist, at The ABSA Cape Epic - The Untamed African MTB Race, and was a Technical Representative for Adidas South Africa in 2018 and 2019. I am a dedicated, kind and hardworking Physiotherapist with a great passion for helping people. I have a special interest in Neurological Rehabilitation and Women's Health. New adventures and continuous growth excites me, and I hope to make a big difference.
