I am a qualified physiotherapist graduating from Coventry University in 2014. I am HCPC registered and a member of the CSP.
Having worked in the NHS for almost three years as a rotational band 5 I moved into private practice to become more of a musculo-skeletal specialist which is where I have worked for the last year.
In my current role I am the lead for all classes which now total to 10 different sessions per week, 4 of which I lead. I also conduct audits into the effectiveness of the classes and gather outcome measures to prove their effect.
My caseload is generally post operative othopaedics however I plan to start to introduce more paediatrics in the following months as a specialism within musculoskeletal practice.
Special interest in group exercise, weight training (Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting) and injuries in younger people
