Osteogenic exercises as the name suggests (Osteo-Bone & Genic- stimulates growth) are the exercises that stimulates the growth of the bone by optimal loading of the bones. It is form of weight bearing exercises given to clients/patient to improve the bone mass and it is also referred to as Osteogenic loading.[1]
