  • No Motor or Sensory Function below Lesion

Day 2 - 28 Hours Post Injury[edit | edit source]

ASIA Assessment - C4 ASIA A

  • Spinal Fixation at C4 - C8 with Spinal Decompression

Day 3 - 72 Hours Post Injury[edit | edit source]

ASIA Assessment - C4 ASIA B 

  • Some Returned Sensation but Altered
    • S4/5 Grade 1 Bilaterally
  • Minimal Motor Function below Level
    • Elbow Flexors Grade 1 Right

ASIA Assessment - C5 ASIA B

  • Increased Sensation below Lesion
    • S2 Grade 1
    • S3 Grade 1
    • S4-S5 Grade 1
  • Increased Motor Function Bilaterally
