I am currently a 2nd year MSc Physiotherapy Pre-registration student at Keele University in the United Kingdom. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of St.Lucia where I remained until I was 21. I then completed my 4 year Bachelor's Degree of Kinesiology in Toronto Canada at the University of Toronto. Upon completion, I moved over to England where I am now wrapping up my Master's degree.
I have a passion for sport and rehabilitation as I competed in 2X Olympic Games for sailing. I am also a keen cyclist and triathlete. Observing and experiencing many injuries throughout my sporting life has driven my desire to become knowledgeable on the topic and to spread this knowledge to others. I am, therefore, very excited to be working with Physiopedia on their Volunteer Program.
