About Me[edit | edit source]

Originally a full-time dancer, I have always been a curios mover! It seemed a natural fit for me to continue my exploration of movement into a Diploma of Pilates Instruction, and then further my education to become a Physiotherapist. After gaining my Physiotherapy qualification from La Trobe University in Australia, I was fortunate to spend two years as a Rotating Grade 1 at a top tertiary hospital - The Royal Melbourne Hospital - working with a wide range of health populations across the acute, sub-acute and community sectors. I am currently working in a musculoskeletal role in a private practice in the Middle East, honing my chronic pain and orthopaedic skills. I have continued to teach Pilates alongside my Physiotherapy work and continue to invest in professional development in both areas - always seeking a deeper understanding of the human body, and how I can help my patients move well.
