Bhanu Ramaswamy in association with AGILE has kindly spent time structuring and contributing content to the Older People section of Physiopedia. 

Professor Tim Watson has kindly donated material to contribute to the electrotherapy area of Physiopedia. 


Educators

Judith Lane and her second year students from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, UK, will be using Physiopedia to prepare learners for emerging physiotherapy roles in response to changing healthcare needs.

Scott Burns is enlisting his physical therapy students to create new pages in Physiopedia as part of their work on their orthopaedic course at Temple University. Students will choose new and relevant pages to create.

Peter Vaes and his students in the Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy program of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Brussels, Belgium, are investigating new evidence to create new pages and update existing pages as part of their musculoskeletal programme.

Elaine Lonnemann has hosted numerous projects within Physiopedia.   She has enlisted physical therapy students to create new pages in Physiopedia as part of their graduate programme at Bellarmine University and the University of St. Augustine in Florida,  as well as creating a CEU certified option for clinical educators related to Belarmine University. 

Michael Rowe contributed to the first International Student Project within Physiopedia.  His studetns collaborated with students from Ireland to explore cultural differences relating to physiotherapy and build content with the resulting work.

Aileen Barrett has created a innovative module for the first year physiotherapy students from the RCSI to complete in Physiopedia.  The students will work in groups to review the literature in set areas and provide a summary of the literature, with some critical appraisal.  The project lasts for 10 weeks and will finish with a written report and a presentation from the students.

Eric Robertson is enlisting his physical therapy students to create new pages in Physiopedia as part of their work on the Evidence in Motion Orthopaedic Residency and the Musculoskeletal series courses at Texas State University.  Students will choose new and relevant pages to create and these pages will be reviewed by subsequent students on the course.
